Sorry about this folks, all I have is excuses (been sick, been forced to work on other things like my house, and fixing bugs in other plug-ins, etc.). Hopefully next week will bring new updates. I *really* need to get some of these plug-ins released.

I've put b3 up for testing. Only the Mac version is updated at the moment (sorry windows users .. I do my main developing on mac and then transfer to windows to compile .. but I've got to add some functions on the windows side before it will...)

We had a bug report for MMScript this week about problems with the CreateIntervalScriptEvent ignoring the Start Time value, so I looked into it and found the problem. As soon as I get all my code updated everywhere, I'll get that new version completely compiled and I'll put it up on our main site. If you were having problems with this, check there on our main site soon (... might be next monday at this rate .. I didn't realize how much stuff I had changed lately...)

I also figured out an easy/better way to deal with the 10.3.9 issue. (The issue where our latest Universal Binary plug-ins don't like to run on 10.3.9 very well.) Basically I'm going to make available a PPC only version of each of the plug-ins that has been compiled specifically to run on 10.3.9. These versions will be available in the "Related Files" section of their respective plug-in download pages. These will only be the plug-in files and not the full package, so you'll still have to download the full package to get the example databases and documentation. You really should only run these special 10.3.9 versions on 10.3.9 and run the newer Universal Binary versions on 10.4 and above. At the moment, CNS Menu is the only plug-in that has this special 10.3.9 version up. I'll get the other plug-ins updated next week.

hehe, the title says it all ... now that we're finally in our new office, I decided to finally hook my webcam back up and make it work... I know, I know .. "so what! where's info on plug-ins?!?" ... I'll put up another article about some of the stuff I've been working on this week....

Can someone *please* tell me what the point is of "abc123" blog comments? I'm tired of deleting these things. It's obviously some automated script someone has set up to submit these stupid comments, but WHY?? I know this is like asking "why do people spam" .. but is there some other meaning? Is there some sort of blog software out there where abc123 has some meaning or something? Or is this somehow just the digital version of "tagging" but without giving out your real name? (again, what would be the point??) whatever ..

Well, I've been fighting all week with getting SSL/TLS working in POP3it Pro, but I'm happy to say it's working now. At least I'm able to download email from gmail .. there's an alternate method of doing POP3 over an SSL connection which I'll need to write and test, but that should be easy now that I have it working one way. I also need a mail server that supports the other method to test against. Anyone got a SSL POP3 server that supports the STLS command? :)

After a long hiatus, POP3it Pro is finally starting to take shape. The email parsing code needs to grow a little more, and the external FileMaker functions need to be tied up to the internal plug-in functions. I will post more about this plug-in in the coming weeks...
